Important Updates
2026
Please read the January meeting minutes for a thorough version of this quick update.
Major changes forecast for 2026 (not yet approved but in the works):
- Bringing back tickets, including tasting vouchers
- Moving to Humanatix or an external ticket provider
- 4x small shuttle busses running in 15 increments
- Family day Sunday
- Casual Saturday night event
- Winemakers' Showcase to stay on Friday night
- Involve young winemakers; promote them and benefit from their popularity & energy
Critical Dates
Festival Dates Saturday & Sundday 12th & 13th September with the Winmakers' showcase on Friday the 11th for those who have arrived already
Media release confirming dates: Jan 12 (COMPLETED)
FIRM EOI (you're in or out) March 2 (CLOSED)
Event Registration cutoff: April 2nd
Tickets Live: May 1st
Signage rollout from From May (pending sponsorship and logo printing)

March 2026 Planning Updates
- April’s meeting date HAS CHANGED it will now be Tuesday April 14, 9am @ Thistle Hill (I will update the website download shortly)
- D’Vine Registrations must be finalised this week
- Change to tasting vouchers - See meeting minutes or event scaffold
- Wine Barrel Derby is being pushed to 2027 to allow us time to secure funding
