Terms of Ticket Sales

While all care is taken to provide accurate information, events are the responsibility of the individual event organizer. The Around Hermitage Association and Powerful Perceptions take no responsibility for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations regarding the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release and hold harmless the Around Hermitage Association and Powerful Perceptions from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.  The Around Hermitage Association and Powerful Perceptions accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with the event.

By purchasing a ticket for any event organised by the Around Hermitage Association and it’s members, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the Around Hermitage Association, or event host will notify you as soon as possible. If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only.

Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event staff and adhere to venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

The Around Hermitage Association or individual event organisers reserves the right to make alterations to the time, date, and content of the event in necessary circumstances.

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The Around Hermitage Association or Powerful Perceptions may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation to you.

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than event holders and event coordinators & staff without your consent, except as required by law.

No alcohol will be served to individuals under the age of 18. Valid identification proving age may be required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol at any D’Vine Events. The Around Hermitage Association and individual hosts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide acceptable proof of age.

In accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines, the Around Hermitage Association and individual event hosts reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who appears to be intoxicated. Event staff will act in accordance with RSA policies to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave the premises and will not be entitled to a refund of their ticket.
