"Sip & Shuck" promises an unforgettable experience of wine, seafood, and music in the heart of wine country.

Join us for a weekend of coastal delights at "Sip & Shuck" hosted by Mercer Wines, nestled on Hermitage Road with breathtaking views and a selection of award-winning Hunter Valley wines. Experience the perfect pairing of freshly shucked oysters with our unique Picpoul Blanc, renowned for its crispness and citrus notes.

Live jazz music by Joe McManus will set the mood with his extensive repertoire of relaxed jazz, Irish, and soulful blues on Saturday, creating a lively atmosphere as you sip and savour. Indulge in oysters and gourmet picnics available. "Sip & Shuck" promises an unforgettable experience of wine, seafood, and music in the heart of wine country.

Passport holders will love the additional special of free glass of wine per booked adult and 20% off all white wines across the D'Vine Festival.

Starting at 11am, the Mercer Wines Cellar Door is a great spot to relax and indulge your tastebuds while the children play lego, soccer, or draw a picture.
